DuraCoat® Clear is an extremely versatile finish. It can be applied over DuraCoat®, bluing, stainless – almost any metal or plastic surface that needs protection can benefit from DuraCoat® Clear.
When applied over bluing, DuraCoat® Clear helps prevent rusting and pitting. Protection against the accumulation of oxidization, dirt, and grime on stainless, steel, and aluminum is easily achieved with a coat of DuraCoat® Clear.
When using multiple colors, such as patterns, DuraCoat® Clear will even out the slight sheen differences.
Liquid version can be applied with any airbrush or a spray gun with a tip size between 0.5 and 1mm. DuraCoat Clear is a two-part coating. Hardener is included with the purchase of any size.
Self-Lubricating (SL) is an upgraded version of DuraCoat which reduces friction on moving parts, internals, and any surface that will see a lot of wear. It will extend the life of the coating on high wear areas.
