DuraFil™ Surface Filler is an easy-to-use, fast-drying formula designed to eliminate imperfections such as pits, dings, and scratches. It can be applied to any type of metal, plastic, and wood. The best part - this is a do it yourself filler that you can do at home or in your shop without any experience or equipment.
How to Use
DuraFil™ can be applied with any quality airbrush, automotive spray gun, or HVLP spray gun.
Apply only to the affected areas, allow to dry, then sand smooth so that it only remains in the damaged areas. Can also be applied to wood stocks as a filler. Top coat with DuraCoat®, DuraBlue®, DuraPark™, etc.
Blasting is not required, but will help clean the surface and give root to the DuraFil™.
Apply with an airbrush or spray gun or use the convenient aerosol can. Liquid version can be applied with any airbrush or a spray gun with a tip size between 0.5 and 1mm. DuraFil is a two-part coating. Hardener is included with the purchase of any size.
If using a baked on coating after, make sure to allow a full 30 days to cure before applying the baked on coating.
