This heavy crystalline coating enables the surface to absorb oils or spray-on/bake-on finishes. LCW Zinc Phosphate is especially well suited as an undercoating for DuraCoat or LCW Post Treatment Solution.
This dull "non-glare" gray coating is perfect for restoring car parts.
Just degrease, blast, and immerse your parts in the phosphate solution. Then oil or coat with your favorite spray-on finish.
Mixing ratio of 1 gallon solution to 4 gallons water.
A heated stainless steel container is required for use.
